Job summary

MTTI Technical Training School in Seekonk, MA is hiring a HVAC/R Instructor to educate and mentor the next generation of technicians. No teaching experience is required; we will train you to teach.

We are filling a full-time day position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm at our Seekonk, MA location. The school offers a supportive team and opportunities to impact lives through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in HVAC / Refrigeration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in both the classroom and shop environment following MTTI's accredited HVAC curriculum.
• Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism and accountability.
• Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
• Stay current with HVAC practices and technology to provide up to date training.
