NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our Haverhill, MA campus. This part-time teaching role features a full benefits package and a salary range of $58,000 to $65,000 per year.

You will teach hands-on and classroom sessions, demonstrate industry-standard techniques, evaluate student progress, and maintain equipment in a safe training space.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC/R experience
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others
• Dependability, professionalism, and patience
• A genuine interest in helping students succeed in the trades

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program
• Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance
• Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors
