Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance with the customer’s needs in mind. Work from home for dispatch, using iPads to document service details.

Minimum 2 years HVAC/R field experience, EPA certification, and a valid license are required. Sign-on bonuses, seasonal bonuses, and a company vehicle enhance the role, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years HVAC/R field technician experience.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and work plans.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems (electrical, mechanical, and electronic).
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Document all service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
