Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to service commercial clients with diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance skills. You will be dispatched to sites, document work precisely, and maintain company vehicles and tools. The role offers a sign-on bonus, seasonal bonuses, and a company vehicle with travel benefits.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in HVAC/R, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. A Journeyman license may be required in some states.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field experience required; EPA certification preferred.
• Journeyman license may be required depending on state.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call.
• Document service details using company devices and systems.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
• Identify and propose additional service opportunities.
