Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from cooling Slurpee machines to routine maintenance. You’ll respond to service requests, perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and mentor junior technicians in a dynamic in-store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer growth opportunities, benefits, and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 in some cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of HVAC or refrigeration repair/maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 (Type I/II or Universal) certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems with up-to-date tools and tech.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
