Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an HVAC Technician I to join our team, keeping stores running smoothly and equipment in top shape.

You’ll respond to requests for HVAC and refrigeration service, perform repairs, and mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative team. We offer a $18.00–$32.00 hourly range, with a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
