7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to join our facilities team, keeping in-store equipment and Slurpee machines running smoothly. You’ll respond to service requests, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot HVAC systems with modern tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year HVAC or refrigeration repair experience.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
