Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to join our team across our store network. You’ll respond to service requests, perform repairs, and maintain refrigeration and HVAC equipment to keep stores running smoothly.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), and opportunities for growth. A High School diploma, 1+ years HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems with up-to-date tools
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports
• Train and mentor junior technicians in a collaborative team environment
