7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an HVAC/R Technician I to join our team and ensure in-store equipment and Slurpee machines run smoothly.

You will respond to service requests, perform maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and mentor junior technicians in a collaborative store-support environment. The role requires 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
