Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is recruiting an HVAC Technician I to join our field team. You’ll respond to service requests in stores, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, and keep refrigeration and HVAC systems running smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities to grow within the company. Pay ranges from $18 to $32 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
