Job summary

Nextech HVAC/R Technician is sought to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install and perform preventive maintenance, becoming the expert customers trust.

You will operate from a company van, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to documented service details using iPads. Competitive sign-on bonus and seasonal bonuses accompany comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years HVAC/R field technician experience.
• Journeyman license may be required in some states.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems (electrical, mechanical, electronic).
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document service details using company devices.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
