You will lead field teams, mentor apprentices, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires strong safety practices and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification and 2+ years in maintenance or related field.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Journeyman status where required.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and controls.
• Configures and calibrates low ambient systems and direct digital controls.
• Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Leads field teams and mentors apprentices on procedures and safety.
• Maintains OSHA/EPA compliance and safety on all tasks.
