Job summary

Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service to commercial clients. You’ll diagnose, repair, install and perform preventive maintenance, using iPads to document service details and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC/R field experience.
• May require Journeyman’s license or state licenses.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Comfort with mobile apps and technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems across commercial settings.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours.
• Document service details using iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
• Identify additional service opportunities and present them.
