Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians across Pennsylvania. Join 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton to service restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Successful background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and support customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to guidelines.
