Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to support commercial equipment repairs across Pennsylvania. Join a team servicing schools, hospitals, and restaurants with multiple branches and a long-standing history since 1945.

We require 3+ years in HVAC/R, EPA Level 2, and a strong mechanical or electrical knowledge base. Enjoy competitive pay, overtime for on-call work, and a robust benefits package including health, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry.
• EPA Level 2 certification required at minimum.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
• Be available for on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
