Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R service technicians to support customers across Pennsylvania from our seven branches. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and reporting on commercial equipment, with on-call flexibility and on-site vehicle/tool management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HVAC/R experience, EPA Level 2, and a customer-first approach. We offer competitive pay, overtime, benefits, and ongoing CFESA or manufacturer training to help you

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You'll Do:

What You Need to Apply:
