Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a skilled Service Tech 4 - HVAC to maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, guide junior technicians, and ensure systems run efficiently across diverse sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HVAC/refrigeration, chiller experience, and strong electrical control troubleshooting. Valid driver’s license and good customer communication are essential. This role offers stability, great benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus trade/technical training.
• Tech Skills level 4 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provides service by repairing and overhauling equipment (compressors, water pumps, air handlers, controls).
• Performs repairs on refrigeration and HVAC equipment (air conditioners, ice machines, furnaces, motors).
• Conducts preventative maintenance by diagnosing malfunctions and deficiencies for quality work.
• Processes job tickets and work orders for departmental routing.
