RSC Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Supervisor in Fresno, CA. The role leads technicians, coordinates daily service calls, and ensures safe, compliant operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

The candidate will troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, including RTUs and supermarket refrigeration, with potential for overtime and on-call duties. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC/R service teams.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support technicians to meet daily service demands.
• Oversee field service operations and coordinate with dispatch for timely calls.
• Serve as primary contact for technicians on service needs and escalations.
• Support hiring, training, and development of technicians.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Identify training needs and keep technicians current on equipment and procedures.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC/R issues.
• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC/R equipment including RTUs and supermarket refrigeration.
• Assist with larger repairs, installations, and special projects.
• Provide remote troubleshooting guidance to technicians.
