Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group in Boston is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to inspect, repair and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. You will troubleshoot guest room and public area equipment, document preventive actions and respond quickly to work orders while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Candidates should have 3+ years in HVAC-R and commercial equipment repair, a high school diploma or GED, and EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC-R and commercial equipment repair experience required.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with Massachusetts HVAC/electrical/refrigeration codes.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all building equipment in good condition.
• Repair and document preventative and corrective actions for guestrooms.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot and repair central and guest room HVAC equipment.
• Respond promptly to work orders and ensure safety standards.
