Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of practical HVACR experience (refrigeration, commercial/residential, boilers, etc.)
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10-30 certifications valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and empathetic teaching approach

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in HVACR concepts and hands-on skills
• Lead practical diagnostics, maintenance, and repair demonstrations
