Job summary

Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead maintenance across a local regional market. You will supervise technicians, oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance, and collaborate with Store Managers to ensure safe, reliable facilities.

The role requires a current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA certification, and 3–5 years in facilities management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence
• EPA Universal Certification
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians
• Oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance across assigned locations
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify and resolve facility needs
• Use analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability
• Coordinate with vendors and inspectors and manage permits
