Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across a regional market. Manage a team of technicians, oversee HVAC/R work and building services, and drive reliability and safety across multiple locations.

Qualified candidates will hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA Universal Certification, and 3–5 years of facilities management experience. Travel is local and significant.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• 3–5 years of facilities management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to set needs.
• Use reporting and analytics to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure permits and licensing compliance.
• Travel approximately 50%+ within the local region.
