Walmart Edmond, OK is seeking a Developmental Technician for Facility Services HVAC/R. The role covers HVAC/R maintenance, energy management, and preventive tasks across multiple Walmart facilities in Edmond, OK.

Shifts may vary and compensation ranges from $26 to $51 per hour. The position is full-time with extensive regulatory and safety compliance requirements, including EPA certifications and state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR).
• 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical, or related area or 2 years Walmart store experience.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Commercial driving record with no DUI/DWI in last 5 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial vehicle in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, complete HVAC/R work assignments using policies and data.
• Collaborate with management, coworkers, customers and partners; communicate progress.
• Identify priorities and deadlines; address improvement opportunities.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance per Walmart HVAC/R safety policy.
• Troubleshoot HVAC/R problems and perform repairs; schedule major work.
• Maintain and transport company vehicles; ensure required documents.
• Wear uniform and badge; follow company policies and ethics.
