Job summary

Air-Ref Co. Inc. in Delray Beach seeks a Comfort Consultant to assess customers' needs, develop HVAC replacement/upgrade proposals, and guide them through the sales process while exploring equipment and financing options.

This role focuses on delivering competitive, profitable solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include keeping appointments, presenting proposals, following up after estimates, completing paperwork and permits, performing a manual J heat load

Responsibilities

• Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products.
• Present a proposal at the time of the first call if possible.
• Ability to communicate value, address resistance and close sales.
• Give sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process.
• Follow up no later than three days after leaving an estimate.
• Turn in all required paperwork to the Sales Coordinator within 24 hours of the customer signing the contract.
• Be available to answer questions that may arise.
• Fill out the required information on the permits forms as well as perform a manual J heat load calculation.
• Provide all equipment and electrical information on the permit applications.
• Enter all equipment and materials on the dispatch ticket and assign the call to the appropriate date.
• Maintain company expected closing ratio and expected average ticket.
• Conduct daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity and always displaying a positive attitude toward fellow Team Members.
