Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. This full-time, first-shift role involves hands-on maintenance of rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and related equipment at a commercial location.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, log service reports in the CMMS, and respond to emergency calls. A strong customer-service attitude, a current HVAC license, EPA certification, and a valid

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Must have a current HVAC and EPA License.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Basic computer skills to use CMMS software to complete work orders and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system failures in commercial units like RTUs, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Diagnose causes of problems and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including outside regular hours.
• Log service reports, track parts used, and complete CMMS work orders on a mobile device.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions for the HVAC/R Commercial Maintenance Technician position:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system failures in commercial units like rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in the commercial heating/air conditioning system for system repair and/or replacement needs.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including those outside regular business hours.
• Log service reports, track parts used, and complete CMMS digital work orders using a mobile device.
• Additional Duties as assigned.

Requirements for the HVAC/R Commercial Maintenance Technician position:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• A high school diploma or GED is required,
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC Service, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Must have a current HVAC and EPA License.
• Basic computer skills to use CMMS software to complete work orders, and the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen before employment.
