Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a site-based HVAC/R Commercial Maintenance Technician for a commercial location in Wichita Falls, TX. The role is full-time, first shift, with pay in the $32.00–$35.00/hour range and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and related systems, with hands-on use of CMMS software and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Current HVAC license and EPA license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial units (RTUs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers).
• Perform preventive maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Diagnose causes of problems and determine repairs or replacements.
• Test and calibrate HVAC controls to ensure proper operation.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after hours.
• Log service reports and parts used; complete CMMS work orders on a mobile device.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions for the HVAC/R Commercial Maintenance Technician position:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system failures in commercial units like rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in the commercial heating/air conditioning system for system repair and/or replacement needs.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including those outside regular business hours.
• Log service reports, track parts used, and complete CMMS digital work orders using a mobile device.
• Additional Duties as assigned.

Requirements for the HVAC/R Commercial Maintenance Technician position:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• A high school diploma or GED is required,
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC Service, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Must have a current HVAC and EPA License.
• Basic computer skills to use CMMS software to complete work orders, and the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen before employment.
