Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales functions including counter and outside sales, calls and quotes.
• Direct 30–50 accounts for sales and gross margin attainment with annual review.
• Coordinate marketing, promotions, stock levels and local events.
• Develop pricing discounts for key accounts with regional oversight.
• Lead training, mentoring and performance reviews for branch staff.
• Ensure staff coverage, supervision and compliance with company policies.
