Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or training.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Familiarity with company products and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate branch vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, staffing, and administrative tasks.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop branch personnel; coach, provide feedback and evaluations.
• Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth, maintain exceptional customer service, and resolve customer issues.
• Financial Management: Achieve sales and profitability goals; monitor expenses and financial reporting.
• Facility Management: Ensure branch meets standards for cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Uphold Corporate Mission and Values; prioritize customer-first service.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and driver qualifications.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and compliant processes.
• Implement credit and collection procedures.
• Maintain attendance and safety programs; support a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
