Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure readiness (make ready & punch list).
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the property's curb appeal and visual standards.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
