Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician in Lantana, FL. This role covers HVAC upkeep, general maintenance, and readying apartments for new residents, with a focus on quality repairs and timely service.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and the ability to ply hands-on HVAC work. A valid driver's license, own tools, and physical stamina are required for on-site duties and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; own hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make readies, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
