Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our Brunswick team. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, complete work orders, and help ready apartments for new residents while upholding property standards.

This on-site role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, valid driver’s license, and own tools. On-call rotations and physical duties are part of the job; benefits include health/vision/dental insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on HVAC expertise and troubleshooting skills.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own hand tools required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Prepare apartments for new residents; make-readies and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall property presentation.
• Deliver excellent resident customer service.
• Be available for on-call emergency coverage.
