Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our Brunswick team. The role involves completing work orders, performing HVAC maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents, while collaborating with maintenance and office teams to uphold high property standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, hands-on HVAC skills, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on HVAC system expertise is essential.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
