Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician in Brunswick. The role involves completing work orders, performing HVAC maintenance and repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents.

You will work closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards and curb appeal. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and hands-on HVAC skills.

Qualifications

• EPA licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (property management/housing a plus).
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make readies, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
