QuesTec Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Supervisor to lead field operations in St. Louis, MO. You will work with the Service Manager on project planning, execution, and customer communications to ensure on-time, quality results.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical support alongside the Service Manager.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Help manage project timelines and customer expectations.
• Support project sales activities and identify additional opportunities.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Promote quality workmanship and exceptional service delivery.
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
