McVay Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial installations, service and maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.

You will mentor a team of service technicians, coordinate with scheduling, stay current on HVAC tech trends, and drive performance with strong communication and problem-solving. This full-time, on-site role includes on-call shifts, competitive benefits, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of service HVAC experience.
• Journeyman's License or Masters License preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and evaluate service calls to ensure adherence to standards for service delivery, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist in conflict resolution during customer calls or field operations; ensure timely, professional handling of issues.
• Collaborate with scheduling/dispatch to ensure proper service allocation and technician readiness.
• Stay updated on HVAC technology and industry trends to provide current guidance to the team.
• Train new and existing technicians on plumbing systems, service procedures, and customer interaction protocols.

About the Role

As an HVAC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our HVAC projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC installations, service and maintenance projects.

HVAC Supervisor Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of service HVAC experience.
• Having a Journeyman's License or Masters License is preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary.
• Lead and mentora team of service plumbers, providing coaching on best practices, customer service, and technical skills.
• Review and analyze service call datato identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Train new and existing technicianson plumbing systems, service procedures, and customer interaction protocols.
