QuesTec St. Louis is seeking a full-time HVAC‑R Technician to service the Chesterfield, MO territory across the St. Louis Metro area, St. Charles County, and Illinois. Earn $48–$50/hr for your expertise, with a take-home van, company phone, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior HVAC experience.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, kitchen refrigeration, and troubleshooting/repairs.
• Journeyman or licensed HVAC professional preferred.

You start with planned preventative maintenance, fine-tuning systems so customers experience reliable comfort and efficiency. Next, you might support a kitchen refrigeration call to stabilize temperatures, protect inventory, and keep operations moving. Later, a troubleshooting ticket calls for your diagnostic instincts; you trace the root cause, explain it clearly, and complete the repair with pride.
