Airo Mechanical, LLC is seeking an HVAC Superintendent to lead projects from start to finish. You will oversee on-site installations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion while coordinating HVAC technicians and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• HVAC Superintendent experience in commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from planning through execution to meet objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure installations comply with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct regular safety meetings/inspections.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide timely project updates.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project records including daily/progress reports.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and controlling costs.
