Job summary

Rieck Services LLC is seeking a Project Sales Representative to advance commercial HVAC and building systems projects in the Cincinnati area. You will combine technical understanding with consultative sales to identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and manage projects from conception to completion.

You will develop relationships with facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers, while leveraging internal experts to deliver energy-efficient, cost-effective outcomes for healthcare,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, HVAC sales, PM, or related field
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and facility operations
• Experience identifying and developing project opportunities with commercial customers
• Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue
• Excellent communication and consultative sales approach

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and develop new commercial HVAC and mechanical project opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with facility managers, building owners, engineers, and key decision-makers
• Conduct facility assessments to identify energy performance and reliability improvements
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, and engineered solutions for customers
• Present recommendations, negotiate agreements, and close project sales
• Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities through the sales cycle
• Oversee project execution from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate equipment procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability
