Qualifications

• 3–7 years in HVAC project sales or related tech sales.
• Proven ability to manage HVAC projects from proposal to execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing clients to identify HVAC needs and present solutions.
• Generate and qualify new sales leads.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and technical insight.
• Manage quotes efficiently and drive sales to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
