Job summary

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred, with 3–5 years of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within HVAC or construction.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage HVAC project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, vendor agreements, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, close-out punch lists and client requests.
