Job summary

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC installations from design to commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will lead field teams, manage budgets, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

A mechanical engineering or construction management background is preferred, with 3–5 years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of HVAC project management experience required.
• EPA and NATE certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Plan HVAC projects from design to installation and commissioning.
• Allocate resources including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor budgets, review costs, and implement savings.
• Lead field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and progress.
• Maintain client communication with updates on progress and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards; perform quality checks.
• Close out projects with punch lists and documentation.
