You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and client coordination for diverse facilities, including healthcare and industrial sectors.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, reading drawings, and reliable budget management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC/mechanical construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from handover through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost control.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and docs.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, PO, and material releases.
• Monitor progress, financial performance, and schedules.
• Lead project meetings, site visits, and coordination meetings.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and materials.
• Identify risks, delays, and scope changes.
• Maintain project records and closeout activities.
