Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field with no additional experience needed.
• Knowledge/experience of the building & construction industry.
• Understanding of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction.
• Perform site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Review and distribute contract documents for team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to estimate projects.

Skills

Knowledge of building & construction industry

Understanding of mechanical systems

Ability to read and comprehend construction documents

Knowledge of business administration and management principles

Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
