Aufgaben

• Provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction.
• Manage safety compliance and perform site walkthroughs.
• Review, process, organize, and log contract documents.
• Administer project-quality control program and compile documentation.
• Identify, price, and negotiate change orders.
• Basic schedule management and field resources.
• Maintain equipment procurement logs and coordinate shipping schedules.
• Prepare estimates and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Track and report labor productivity in accounting software.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
