Job summary

MPH-m.air Cooling & Heating in Manhattan, MT is seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager/Estimator. You will lead the project management and estimating team for residential and commercial HVAC work, coordinating with field managers, general contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects within schedule and budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering or equivalent experience, 5+ years in HVAC estimating, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with SAGE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in plumbing/heating/HVAC mechanical estimating/construction.
• HVAC estimating experience required; ability to read blueprints and interpret contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and estimation for residential and commercial HVAC projects from design to execution.
• Coordinate with general contractors, field managers, and estimating team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed estimates, take-offs, and bids; manage procurement and change orders.
• Support sales, client negotiations, and project handoff through PKO meetings and documentation.
