Job summary

MPH-m.air Cooling & Heating, located in Manhattan, MT, seeks a motivated HVAC Project Manager & Estimator (PM/E) to lead the estimating and project execution teams from pre-bid through handoff. This role combines sales, planning, and field coordination to deliverResidential & Commercial HVAC projects on time and within budget.

You will liaise with department managers, general contractors, and stakeholders, driving safety, scheduling, and cost control while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in plumbing/heating/hydronic/HVAC estimating or construction.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and estimating teams for HVAC/Plumbing projects.
• Coordinate with general contractors, field managers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare take-offs, bids, pricing, and handoffs to execution teams.
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met.
• Oversee documentation, procurement, and contract changes.
