Job summary

Aeromechanical, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc, is seeking an Estimator to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will review plans, prepare competitive quotes, and provide pricing information to customers while collaborating with sales and manufacturers.

Proficiency with AI estimating tools and MS Office is a plus. Associates degree is preferred but not required, and 2+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
• Provide pricing and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with sales team and manufacturers.
• Utilize AI estimating and take off software, web-based manufacturer selection tools, MS Office and other software to generate estimates and quotations.
• Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues.
