Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, project management, and estimating, with the ability to coordinate between various stakeholders and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from initial estimate through to project completion
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for HVAC projects
• Review and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project status and any issues that arise
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and financial status
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in HVAC project management and estimating
• 3+ Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP concepts
• Proficiency in Quickpen and other estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
