F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Project Manager II to lead the administration, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC projects in Bend, Oregon. This role requires someone who can oversee a large portfolio, think strategically, and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in project management within HVAC, mechanical, or construction contexts, and experience with mid-to-large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or minimum 3 years in PM/HVAC/construction
• Experience with mid-to-large projects and complex scopes
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with budgets, cost tracking, and project accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Manage small to mid-sized HVAC projects with guidance
• Oversee 30-35 projects concurrently with $1M-$3M value
• Direct project execution from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources for profitability
• Report status to stakeholders and propose improvements
• Apply HVAC knowledge to anticipate challenges and craft solutions
• Maintain clear communication across internal and external teams
• Foster strong relationships for customer satisfaction
• Process equipment orders and vendor invoices; ensure procurement compliance
• Review invoices and reconcile project financials
• Compare ship dates with contractor schedules and adjust plans
• Generate service work orders for startups and visits
• Engage in company training and stay updated on best practices
• Support a collaborative, high-performance team culture
