CyberCoders in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee HVAC construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

The role manages contracts, budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships from turnover through closeout, with a focus on air-side and water-side systems and projects ranging from $200K to $10M+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
• Experience managing commercial mechanical projects through completion.
• Knowledge of procurement, cost control, budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and project closeout.
• Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Demonstrated readiness to assume full project ownership.

Responsibilities

Location: Plano, TX
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000+ (Experience Dependent)

A well-established and respected commercial mechanical contractor is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee HVAC construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial HVAC construction who can manage projects from turnover through closeout while maintaining budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and client relationships.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of commercial HVAC construction projects ranging from approximately $200K to $10M+.

Projects may include:

• HVAC equipment installations
• Sheet metal and ductwork systems
• Air distribution systems
• Hydronic piping systems
• Refrigerant piping
• Controls coordination
• Equipment startup
• TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing)
• Commissioning support
• Punch list and project closeout activities

Candidates with experience in either air-side or water-side systems will be considered. Experience with both is preferred.
